Who controls your data
Phillip Williams, operating Blueprint ROI, is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
Information we process
We process account details, property inputs, saved analyses, improvement plans, and photos you choose to upload. Public sharing is off unless you create an unguessable comparison link.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, calculate planning estimates, generate requested AI plans, store your work, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
Legal bases
We process account, property, and subscription information as necessary to perform our contract with you and provide Blueprint ROI. We process security, fraud-prevention, service reliability, and product-improvement data for our legitimate interests in protecting and improving the service. We process information to comply with legal obligations where required, and rely on consent where the law requires it; you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Payments
Paddle processes payment details as merchant of record. Blueprint ROI receives subscription, customer, and transaction identifiers and billing status, but does not store full card numbers.
AI processing
When you request an AI improvement plan, relevant property analysis, budget, strategy, and notes are sent to our AI service provider to produce that plan. Do not include sensitive personal information in notes.
Storage and sharing
Property photos are private by default and use time-limited access links. A comparison becomes publicly viewable only if you create a share link; anyone with that link can view it until you remove sharing.
Service providers and disclosures
We share only the information needed with hosting, storage, AI, security, and support providers that help operate Blueprint ROI; with Paddle for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing; with professional advisers where necessary; and with authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain personal information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and local storage
Blueprint ROI uses essential browser storage required for sign-in, security, and core service operation. We do not currently use advertising cookies. You can control browser storage through your browser, but blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and may object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. Use the account controls available in Blueprint ROI to update or delete your information.
Your choices
You can update account details and permanently delete your account in Account settings. Deletion removes saved data and photos after any active subscription is canceled. Legal, fraud-prevention, or transaction records may be retained where required.
