Terms of Service

Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Phillip Williams, operating Blueprint ROI. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you accept these Terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and have authority to act for any organization you represent.
The service
Blueprint ROI provides planning estimates for rental strategies and property improvements. Outputs are ranges based on stated assumptions; they are not appraisals, contractor quotes, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, or permit-ready plans.
Accounts and your content
You are responsible for accurate account information and safeguarding access. You retain ownership of property information and photos you upload and grant us permission to process them only to operate and improve the service.
Subscriptions
Pro costs $19 USD per month and unlocks unlimited saved properties. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Free includes one saved property, AI improvement plans, and blueprint PDF downloads. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Paddle as reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Cancellation
You may cancel through the billing portal. Unless Paddle states otherwise, access continues through the paid billing period and the subscription does not renew. Deleting your account requests immediate subscription cancellation first.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, hate or abusive content, deceptive deepfakes, malware, security interference, probing, scraping, jailbreaking, reverse engineering, resale, or circumventing service limits. Do not represent concepts and estimates as completed work or guaranteed returns.
AI inputs and outputs
You are responsible for your prompts, uploaded content, and how you use AI outputs, and must have the rights needed to provide all inputs. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be independently verified; they are not regulated professional advice. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove unlawful or infringing content, and restrict repeat infringers. Rights holders may report concerns through Blueprint ROI's account support channel.
Ownership
Phillip Williams retains ownership of Blueprint ROI, including its software, documentation, branding, and other intellectual property. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan. You retain rights in your inputs and outputs, subject to third-party rights, and grant us only the rights needed to host and process them to provide the service.
Availability and termination
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Phillip Williams is not liable for decisions, losses, construction outcomes, rental performance, permits, or third-party services based on planning estimates. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
